Attended Grand Chapter Congress in Louisville, KentuckyI attended the biennial Delta Sigma Pi Grand Chapter Congress event in Louisville, Kentucky. I went as a delegate of the Corpus Christi Alumni Chapter. This was an outstanding way to network with older Alumni and vote on chapter bylaws and policies. This event inspired me to create another website titled, "theDeltasig".

Freshman year at the University of Texas at Arlington
I started my year as a undeclared major, not sure of what I wanted to do and how I could find my niche in this world.
Game Sales Representative at Gamestop Inc.This was my first retail job I had for almost a year. My duties and responsibilities were to be knowledgable about gaming products, sell membership programs and be able to ring out customers.

Finding a bit more direction in life, I pursued a degree in Computer Science at UT. This decision helped shape the analytical skills I have today.
Shift Leader at Gamecrazy Inc.
Moving to a different city, I stayed in the same field of retail and worked at Gamecrazy Inc. My duties were almost identical to Gamestop Inc. except I had a few additional repsonsibilities. I opened and closed the store as needed for the day and prepared reports for senior management. This was mandatory at the end of the day. Reports included content such as sales, daily revenue and profits, memberships sold, labor hours for employees, etc. I was also directly responsible for setting up plan-o-grams and specific advertising for certain products we were puching for the month.
Service Clerk at Deluxe Cleaners
Over the summer I worked at a local dry cleaners business. The main responsibilities of the job were manage the dry cleaning process, help when needed, and build customer relationships. I was also responsible for managing customer tickets, closing out the store and register when needed, and providing quality service to the customer.
Enrolled at Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi
I enrolled at TAMUCC as a business major with a specialization in Marketing. Backed by a strong analytical background, I found it easy to focus on areas such as Marketing Research and Web Analytics. I also grew to love advertising and brand management, focusing more on e-commerce, website development ann graphic design.
Service Clerk at Walgreens Inc.
At Walgreens I had the chance to assist managers in promotional marketing for specific products. My main responsibilities were maintaining store inventory and supplies, providing daily report of sales and receipts, and working the cash register.
Student Assistant at Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi
I was a student assistant for Professor Jim Lee of Economics at TAMUCC. My main responsibilities were grading student assignments, tests and maintaining class rosters, attendances and grades.

Member and Brother of Delta Sigma PiI joined America's Foremost Professional Fraternity at TAMUCC. My chapter is the Iota Psi Chapter of Corpus Christi. I joined this Fraternity to network and grow as a young business professional. The fraternity also provided conferences, workshops and training sessions in order to provide opportunities for me to maximize potential areas of personal, professional, leadership and fraternal development.
Media Metrics Associate at MediaHound Inc.During my senior year, I interned at MediaHound Inc. I helped assist in the reading and consolidation of competitive media activity across a variety of global B2B publications, websites and events. I also monitored and recorded competitive press releases, online articles, tradeshow events, print articles, online advertisements and print advertisements. I placed this data into our metrics system create valuable marketing data for clients in web-interface dashboard.
Created my first website for the Iota Psi Chapter of Delta Sigma PiAt that moment this was the greatest way I could give back to my local chapter. We really needed a website and I buckled down and learned HTML and CSS. This was the beginning of my love for making websites on my spare time. I worked at my first professional corporate job at this company. It was also one of the vaguest job descriptions I had. I learned a lot at Baytek the year I was there. My job responsibilities included the following:
• Product and software management
Knowledge of company’s information management software Testing and preparation of software in virtual environments Promotion and all tasks related to testing and improving company software and sample vial distribution systems

The Corpus Christi Alumni ChapterIt wasn't too long after I graduated I made the Corpus Christi Alumni Chapter website of Delta Sigma Pi. After making the CC Alumni Chapter website I finally decided to make my own website and provide web solutions to companies. At the time I wanted something with an informal, urban style. As you may have noticed, the design changed since then! You can view the original website by clicking here.
Fuel Pricing Analyst at Susser Holdings Inc.
I later switched from a private corporation to a much larger public one. Working at Susser Holdings strengthened my quantitative and analytical skills. My job responsibilities were as follows:
• Forecast gasoline trends and analyzes the impact on sales and margin of retail gas price changes and adjusts pricing and/or strategy to meet both unit and gas margin objectives
• Determine and communicate gasoline retail prices to stores on a daily basis using optimization software, analysis and established guidelines
• Conduct research and recommend the best direction for the company based on sound business judgment
• Compile and produce statistical reports for senior management using software such as Microsoft Excel Monarch, and Hyperion
• Maintain the KSS database and continually update pricing profiles, differentials, and strategy for all stores
I officially made my mark on the World Wide Web and created ItsMoose.com. The website was originally meant to sell web solutions to businesses.
Attended the Baton Rouge Provincial LEAD Conference in Louisiana
This event gave me the opportunity to network, fundraise for my collegiate chapter and represent the Corpus Christi alumni chapter.
As a wedding gift I made a website for two of my close friends Krystal and Josh. This was the second wedding website I made for friends.
